Had enough? Feel like you're at your wit's end?  I can help you build new skills to manage unwanted behaviors.  Working with both you and your child, I will help you rebuild a healthier happier relationship.  

Book any 5 sessions up front and only pay for four.  The reality is most people will both use and need five sessions.  This helps keeps your services affordable. 

Individual Counselling for youth aged 12-17.  Youth face more challenges now than ever before, having someone to talk out these new life challenges and discover how they relate to the world is paramount for their mental wellbeing.
